Timothy S. Harlan, MD, on What Culinary Medicine Means to Dr. Gourmet

 

 

Timothy S. Harlan, MD, FACP, is the associate dean for Clinical Services, executive director of the Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine, and associate professor of medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He also has authored numerous books about culinary medicine, writes Consultant360's weekly Nutritional Pearls, and is proprietor of DrGourmet.com. He will be speaking at Consultant's Cardiometabolic Risk Summit this fall in San Antonio, Texas.
