Editor’s Note - January 2015

January brings with it the start of a fresh year and here, at Consultant, we’re gearing up for a big 2015. In the coming months, you’ll see a continued focus on publishing visually engaging case reports, thematic departments, and compelling features.

Our digital platform, Consultant360, continues to deliver late-breaking news and industry updates in an easy-to-digest daily news format. We’re expanding our popular clinical bites to present everyday scenarios with practical advice to offer patients. In 2015, we will focus on connecting with like-minded primary care organizations to broaden our reach and increase our clinical offerings.

And finally, let me remind you to join us for Consultant’s twice-yearly Cardiometabolic Risk Summit. We’ll head to New Orleans this May 30-June 1 for CRS Spring, which features a partnership with Tulane University’s Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine to focus on translating nutritional education into clinical practice to enhance the quality of patient care and disease management. We’d love to hear from you! Please drop us a line at editor@consultant360.com and let us know how we’re doing. We’d love to hear your questions, ideas, and general feedback.

Sincerely,

Pooja Shah
